Yesterday, we reported that two “ranch hands” were injured in a probable methane gas explosion while working on an irrigation pump at an almond ranch owned by Lassen Land Company. The two injured workers were actually employed by Wilson & Son’s Inc., a well drilling company from Woodland. They were apparently replacing the headpice on an irrigation pump when the explosion occurred. We are pleased to report that both burned workers have been listed in good condition.
